Excellent - Kelly is absolutely wonderful. Knew exactly what I wanted and I am more than happy with the results! I have very, very short eyelashes - and now I don't! Wonderful. I can't believe it - looks like I have eyes now! As for my eyebrows - well, they're amazing! Kelly made me very welcome and relaxed and chatted throughout the process explaining what she was doing. I might even have to book ahead and travel by train to come back again later in the year for further treatments! And, yet again Kelly brought me back to holiday accommodation - totally amazing and very much appreciated.

I went for a patch test ahead of further treatments. Kelly was lovely and the patch test only took about five minutes and because I don't drive I said I'd need to ring a taxi. Kelly said that she had a few spare minutes before her next client so she would drive me back to my holiday accommodation. Totally amazing and very, very kind.

I had my eyelashes tinted and curled by Kerry today. The result was great! She explained the procedure step by step as it progressed which was reassuring to understand what was happening throughout.
