Great selection of earrings for my teen to choose from, through explanation of the ear piercing process and lots of time given to prepare and relax ahead of each ear being pierced. Love getting pierced by Dottie, so friendly, explains everything, clean, as painless as it can be, and the jewellery feels quality and fits securely. Had a conch that healed super quick with no issues or bumps, and now a helix that so far is completely painless after the first 5 minutes! Won't go anywhere else!
