Attended my regular appointment with Emma today and as always I received top class treatment! She listens to exactly what I ask and enquire about and gives me the most honest and useful advice based on her fantastic clinical knowledge and experience. I always appreciate the wonderful results all staff at definition give me but I mostly appreciate the complete honesty to ensure I get the correct and best treatment for me, and they are not afraid to decline unnecessary treatments for me. I had Botox with Emma for the first time and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I was quite anxious beforehand, but she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m already starting to love the results and I’m feeling more confident each day.
