Exceptional Experience Every Time! I've had several massages at Acqua Spa in PV, and every single one has been amazing. The level of skill and professionalism from the team is consistently top-notch. The Fire Ritual at Quinto Elemento Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The entire 2.5-hour experience was deeply relaxing and soul-nourishing. I see Enrique every time I visit for a Turkish bath. Acqua spa is always a must for every visit to PV, and I always find Enrique perfectly balances rigour and relaxation. This visit I did both the Turkish Steam Bath and the Honey, Almond and Oatmeal Body Scrub. A perfect combination - and I left feeling like I was walking in clouds. Incredibly relaxing. The spa is modern, clean and very nice. Everyone was very professional and the amenities are a nice added touch. I got a swedish massage to relax and relieve some tension, everything was fantastic. Targeted areas of concern and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will definitely be booking again!

Sue was excellent. She initially asked me about my target areas and based on that she provided my massage care. Her massage level was perfect in a way that it was able to ease out some of kinks and not leave me sore. The massage room was calming and very relaxing. I have been visiting Quinto for almost 2 years now. All of the massage therapists I’ve had are very good. Flor started out very slow, and gentle and I was almost going to ask for more pressure, but I thought I would just wait and see where she would take it. She ended up working on all of my problem spots. I was very pleased with the massage, and I was totally relaxed when she was done. This is a great spa facility. I always appreciate the little pastry and tea at the end. I bring all my friends and recommend it to guests. I highly recommend them!

I had a Swedish massage with Nina and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. She is very kind and skilled. I loved the spa itself as well with its house cardamom flavored water and hydrotherapy circuit featuring a red light therapy steam room, refreshing jet pool, and a rosemary and mint scented steam room. The exfoliating body scrub also had the rosemary mint scent I loved. Vianey from the front desk was also super sweet!! Highly recommend it!!!

Fantastic and caring massage technicians Francis and Vanessa provided wonderful and therapeutic couples massage followed by a mani pedicure. The spa is small and clean, the staff courteous and attentive. Very calm relaxed atmosphere, and best of all a great value over the inflayed prices of hotel spas. Fue mi primera vez visitando Flora Spa, el trato desde que llegas es increíble , nos recibieron con una infusión y nos explicaron todo el proceso de la hidroterapia, que te lleva desde el sauna hasta el vapor, que fue mi favorito. Este lugar es increíble si estás buscando relajarte, es muy céntrico en Tulum. La instalaciones son super bonitas y la atención es la mejor. Sin duda un lugar para regresar.

My girlfriend and I come to Loreto about twice a year and always get massages. This was the first time going to Serenity Spa and it stood out above all. The place was quiet and clean. Maybe one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. No dropping my feet or smacking my back. Sue is a real pro and I'll definitely be going back.

Everyone at Zona Z Spa was fantastic! My back went out, I was unable to sleep or sit down, it was torture. We called Zona Z Spa and they got me in that day! I ended up have 4 appointments before we left PV to go home. Julieta is absolutely magic! I had a 30 minute massage each time I went in and she so completely relaxed me, I fell asleep on the table. Dr. Mark was able to reset my alignment and further work on my tense muscles. I walked out from the first appointment a changed man! I wish I could see Julieta and Dr. Mark on a regular basis. My husband and I went to the spa to get a Massage and a Detox facial. The ladies who did the Treatments were super nice and friendly. The Massage and the facial were extremly relaxing and refreshing. It was one of the best detox facials I ever had. Afterwards my skin was very soft and Not red and swollen like it usually is after such treatments.
