Bridie oozes professionalism. She is always warm, welcoming and of course, extremely competent. Her skills are remarkable! I have never had anything other than a 11/10 experience. Her advice is honest and all treatments are appropriate. You would struggle to get such quality, service and results outside of central London.

Bridie is a wonderful example of how wonderful your skin can look. Of course at 84, you can't expect to look that good! But after meeting her and realising how knowledgeable and experienced she is and her advice, I know she's going to get my skin looking far better than it is today. If you're skin problem is getting you down, don't assume it will never get better, something CAN be done to improve it! I can't wait to see her again with my very much improved skin. I had my a blow dry and hair treatment done by Daisy The blow dry was flawless… full of volume, silky smooth and finished to perfection. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which just made the whole experience feel that little bit more special. Her attention to detail is unreal and you can tell she truly cares about her work. If you’re after that expensive, salon-fresh finish… she’s your girl! Thank you Daisy again.

Lashes look lovely Maisie was great! I have my hair done here too! It’s lovely Brows however aren’t very symmetrical. And lost a lot of hair on my left brow, perhaps too much taken away? Also skin sore on left brow and raised, I don’t feel I had much of a consultation as to the shape or style I wanted, also wax temperature wasn’t asked or checked, I also had to ask the technician to wax the middle, definitely come back for lashes but not for brow wax Thanks so much for an enjoyable service
