The whole process was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating from the reception, server, and most especially to my skin coach/therapist, Ekaterina. I really felt seen, heard, and understood regarding my skin concerns. I had the customized facial and looking forward to having my regular facial there!

I had a special Moroccan bath treatment with Zahra at Beatifiqque in Business Bay, and it was truly exceptional. This was honestly one of the best Moroccan bath experiences in Dubai. From the care and attention Zahra puts into every step to the high-quality products she uses, everything felt premium and personalized. The ambiance of the salon is warm and welcoming, and the overall service is outstanding. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Highly recommended!

Incredibly good! I had a French mani & pedi with gel; work was really well done. I specially appreciated the care towards hygiene of the product. Both the manicurist and the pedicurist had really good care of my skin and the cuticles, on top of creating beautiful nail work. I have to leave Dubai, however, if I were to come back I would love to receive treatments by both ladies that worked on me. I would specifically request Jolee, the manicurist that was incredibly skilled and delicate, specially good with gel removal and did great with an extension as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this Spa in city walk. The staff were so kind and attentive and Zai was amazing. I have had many massages in Dubai, London and Saudi and Zai definitely was in my top 5 best experiences. She is a true professional with a gift to heal and renew. Salma is a true professional! It is the most efficient electrolysis treatment I had in my life. The xcell pur machine is great and less painful. The center is clean and staff is very kind I recommend HairQue electrolysis to all ladies with unwanted hairs. I will come back as soon I am in Dubai
