I’m always amazed at how skilled Stella is at identifying the root cause of my pain. During each session she asks thoughtful questions to really understand what’s going on and tailors her approach accordingly. I also really appreciate how she explains what she is finding and offers practical advice, like stretches, ice/heat and prevention tips, so the results last beyond the appointment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients’ long-term well-being.

Stella is the best and most professional and thorough massage therapist I have ever visited. She also provides wonderful advice on how to prevent pain points from recurring. I am so relaxed after a massage from her and I sleep like a rock on those nights.
