I’m always amazed at how skilled Stella is at identifying the root cause of my pain. During each session she asks thoughtful questions to really understand what’s going on and tailors her approach accordingly. Stella knows exactly which muscles need attention. It's amazing the difference she makes with how she stretches and applies pressure. My hip needs the most work so she does what she needs to do to work through the tightness. Highly recommend!
