All the reception ladies were cheerful in welcoming me & highly professional in accommodating my needs. I appreciate it heaps!! Lisa did a wonderful job on my mani-pedi, paying attention to every detail. Maricel's massage was incredibly relaxing, targeting all the right spots. Halima gave me a perfect haircut, exactly what I wanted, and Melanie's hair color work was vibrant and stunning, she’s a color wizard! Thank you ladies! Marites my masseuse was very good, but the towels are in very bad shape. They are torn and tattered and my fingers and toes ( and Marites fingers too) kept getting caught in the holes in the towel. The salon needs to buy new towels and not use such worn and tattered towels for massages. It is not a good customer experience to pay for a nice massage but the towels are ripped and should be replaced.

Excellent service! I’m amazed that we have such a relaxing place in Khobar. I did a Hammam with Samya, followed by a massage. I’ve never felt as relaxed as I did at this spa! Definitely coming back!

I had an amazing experience at the salon! I did the Moroccan bath with Simo, and it was absolutely perfect, she was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My skin felt incredibly soft and refreshed afterwards. I also had a massage with Rowena, and she was simply amazing. She really knows what she’s doing the pressure was just right, and I felt so relaxed and relieved after the session. Thank you both, Simo and Rowena, for your excellent service.
