I had the lymphatic massage to help with recovery support after having surgery. I can honestly say this was one of my most favourite massages I’ve ever had. Lizz was amazing, not only did it feel great but I really felt it working its magic on my body internally as she moved through all the lymphatic points. Can safely say that this will be a part of my recovery process over the next few weeks and then my everyday wellness routine every couple of months. :)

Debbie was amazing, I had a very relaxing deep tissue massage to help ease pain in my neck and shoulders. She also pin pointed the pain with using dry needling I was pretty much pain free all week untill the tightness crept back again. Definitely recommend!

Richelles massage was amazing, you can tell she ‘knows her stuff’, she worked well on the problem/sore areas but still managed to make it relaxing. Also used cupping and hot stones, it felt tailor made for me. I will be a regular!
