I really enjoyed my experience at Harmony Hands. It was my first ever hot stone massage and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Sharnnie is incredible at what she does. She has truly made a huge difference in my mental health recovery. She is kind, calm and understanding and makes you feel comfortable. She is very accommodating to my little requests: wearing my eye mask so I can relax, putting my heated and weighted blanket on me, putting my pillow behind my head, playing storm sounds on her iPad. I am not someone who is confident to ask for adjustments but Sharnnie makes me feel safe to. I would recommend her to anyone. 🩷

Had a really lovely massage and facial today with Naomi. Had some really tight knots in my shoulders and back that were giving me headaches and Naomi has really sorted it for me. Facial and head massage to finish, ( best scalp massage ever had) feel completely rejuvenated. Would highly recommend Nakham Therapy.
