Had a sports massage with Ben for ongoing back issues and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was really knowledgeable, explained what was going on, and tailored the treatment exactly to what I needed. The difference in my back after just one session was noticeable. Liam was great. He made me feel very welcome and work on both my legs especially the right calf as I’ve been having a lot of trouble with it. He also showed me how to stretch to prevent these muscle injuries….highly recommend.
