My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Beth is an outstanding massage physiotherapist. She listened carefully to my concerns and took detailed notes about my issues. Her technique was perfectly balance annd firm enough to be effective yet gentle where needed. She focused specifically on my problem areas with skill and precision. Beth’s expertise and attentive approach made a real difference. Highly recommend her studio for quality physiotherapy treatment.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Deborah was lovely person, the massage was just what I needed after a very hectic time I decided I needed some self care. The environment was warm and cosy. I had a very good night's sleep when I got home which was well needed. I will be going back for sure.

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I had my first lymphatic massage with Fotini and all I can say is WOW! I immediately felt lighter and more energised and the visual difference was also amazing. I will 100% book again and also be telling all my friends about her & how they need to book in. Thank you!

Visited here today for a post op lymphatic massage after having multiple surgeries at once abroad and was feeling really tense and needed to work on a few areas.. Sheree I think the ladies name was? She was so so so lovely and calmed my nerves as I was scared where I am very sore and tender. I came out feeling a lot more flexible and less tense! She is so so lovely! Such a relaxing and calming experience! I have booked in again and will be continuing to book in for weekly massages! 1000% recommend xx

Been 3 times already and cannot get enough, I’ve had reflexology and an Indian head massage, the music the calmness of the whole experience is incredible, the difference I feel in myself after each session is just amazing, always suffered With my back and I find reflexology has helped with not only this but other problems, I’ve never had an Indian head massage until now and I find i zone out from the world and it’s an experience I’m very much looking forward to everytime I visit, thank you for my treatments 100% worth every penny.
