This was my first experience of reflexology and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my appointment with Gemma. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and thorough with understanding how reflexology could help me. Her space is cosy, calm, and warm with blankets and a weighted eye mask. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I came round feeling refreshed like I’d just had the best night’s sleep! I felt like the tension and stress I was holding in my body had melted away. Anyone who is sceptical or not sure what reflexology can do for you, go and see Gemma and you’ll be amazed!
