A hidden gem, you feel the warmth as soon as you step into the healing room. Siobhan not only gives the best massages but also gives a sense of healing. A lovely person who really helps you relax and heal both physically and spiritually. Wouldn't go anywhere else 😁

What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots. I’ve had massages at other places in the past but they are never personalised to what you need. I’ll be making this a regular, thank you Jayne 😊

Another excellent session with Alex tailored to my specific injuries and needs. We used a range of techniques, kit and massage and I have exercises to build on the treatment. I’ll also be attending trigger point pilates at academy HQ in the future!
