First session with Lewis at Peak Performance Clinic was brilliant. Very professional, clearly knows exactly what he’s doing… although I’m fairly sure he took great enjoyment in watching me suffer face-down on the treatment table while working through months of tight back muscles and knots 😅😂 Jokes aside, we got on really well, he was spot on throughout, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a new man. Absolute wizard with tight muscles — painful at the time, but worth every second 👏 Highly recommend Peak Performance Clinic!

My visit today was great because Katie had diagnosed my problem on the first visit and I followed her exact programme and it worked my issues have all but gone, so today was good to catch up and add a few more exercises so hopefully it goes away completely. A BIG thank you Katie.
