This was my first appointment with Sam and she made me feel welcome and totally relaxed. I went for an MLD massage and Sam was able to talk me through all she was doing. I am hoping it will help me manage my condition. Certainly will be going back and yes I would recommend her.

Martine really knows her stuff. This was my second appointment and she checked in how I was after last time, discussed my treatment plan and how we should proceed and advised me. We had a great chat throughout but Martine asked if I would prefer a quiet relax or was happy to chat and I chose to chat. I’ve felt super comfortable both times I’ve visited and will be booking back in! I left feeling very light and floaty and my muscles were moving much more freely.

Fantastic massage. Martine is super knowledgeable. Have a really thorough assessment before discussing treatment. Massage itself felt amazing. Asked if I would like to chat or not which was great and we had a lovely natter. Will be booking again soon!
