Had the 90 minute signature massage with Caroline and honestly it was fantastic. Properly relaxing but also one of those massages where you can tell it’s actually doing something. She went straight to the tight, stress hoarding areas, pressure was perfect, and nothing felt rushed. I walked in tense and slightly feral and walked out calm, loose, and significantly nicer to be around. Would 100% book again.

Today I had a lovely experience as Kala did me an Indian head massage. It has been so long since I had one I almost forgot how good it was . From start to finish Kala made me feel comfortable. The effort and passion that goes into my massage each time I have one is always incredible. Kala makes each experience tailored to what needs concentrating on the most . I love that each time it’s a little different and each time I come away feeling so relaxed . I will deffo be booking in again some time soon . Thank you so much ❤️

Fabulous relaxing massage that was fully tailored to my requirements. Lovely comfortable couch with heated mattress, soothings surroundings and wonderful massage therapist. Looking forward to my next appointment.

amazing from start to finish!!! i got a 30 minute back massage as i need it as i have epilepsy so my muscles get tense. she asked me what pressure i wanted and i was unsure but she wasn’t too hard she was nice and gentle and helped relax me. also when i was talking to her i found out she was my very close friends sister in law and i didn’t remember! so fact of that made me feel more comfortable and happy. thankyou danielle i will definitely be returning and for anyone wanting a back massage its the place to go!!!

Absolutely amazing!! One of the top best massages I’ve ever had! It was so relaxing. Danielle was really professional and friendly too. I will definitely book again and recommend her to friends and family.

The hands-on treatment, including a targeted massage, provided immense relief from the pain. The physiotherapist took the time to clearly explain the condition and the rationale behind the treatment plan. I received a clear, tailored set of exercises and further advice to manage recovery at home. There is a sense of optimism about recovery, highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my massage. It’s been a couple of days since now, and my body (particularly my back) feels a lot less tense and much less painful. I’ll be back for another one in a few weeks time! The whole experience was super relaxing with a lovely atmosphere.

Danielle is such a fab therapist. The massage was so relaxing. The room was so calming and smelt amazing! Would highly recommend.

Amazing massage, lovely atmosphere and a comfy relaxing bed

Not been to visit Caroline for some time due to a busy year and so this visit was truly worth the wait. The build up of stress and tension was lifted by the end of the visit, I left feeling like a new person. Caroline gives the best massages and I need to go more slowly often.

Very good really relaxing massage

It was my first time and I was made to feel completely at home. I was put at ease and given lots of information about stretching in my own time and what can cause my symptoms. Also ways to improve my movement. The massage its self was amazing and I feel much better already. Will definitely be recommending to others. Thank you 🙌🏼🙂

This was my first visit to Netherfield Retreat but will not be my last. I found Caroline to be very professional and the treatment I had ( back massage ) was excellent and certainly relieved my aching back.
