Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Michelle is the best therapist I have ever visited. The massage itself was brilliant, my body feels so much lighter, like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Michelle is such a professional but she is also so welcoming and such a comforting presence. Highly highly recommend!

Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!

Gavin is really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Felt totally comfortable. Best massage I’ve had! Also learned lots of tips for using massage gun/ stretching and home to help with different issues. Will be back!
