I experience a great deal of lower back pain which impacts on my ability to benefit fully from reiki whilst on the couch SO today we agreed to see if there was any difference if I remained seated for the reiki after the head massage ..WELL THE IMPACT WAS 💯 improved with a much greater level of relaxation experienced and I’m hopeful fora deeper level of healing overtime!!
