Had my second back shoulder and neck massage today. Every area that was sore or causing issues were treated without saying where was exactly was sore. Felt as if I melted into the bed never felt as relaxed in a long time floated out to the car thankyou

Always a joy to visit Lauren, she has this ability to intuitively understand where to focus her attention when delivering a massage. I do a lot of steps plus a keen gardener so there’s a lot needs unknotting. If you want to walk out feeling like you’re on a cloud I would recommend you getting booked in.

If there had been more starts I'd have gave them. Absolutely best massage ive ever had. The discussion before to tailor it to my needs wasn't rushed and made me relaxed even before I had massage , cant wait for my next session
