Always Amazing. I leave feeling so much more relaxed and with all the kinks worked out of my back and neck. I sleep better and general movement is better/less stiff after a session.

This was my first time back in 2026 due to some health issues keeping me away. Sandra is the kindest most thoughtful person I've met in a long time. It was pure bliss to be able to relax and have the tension melt away.
