This was my first visit. My appointment was at 4:00 PM and I arrived at 4:10. A total of around 25 minutes was deducted for arrival, changing, and settling in, so I received about a 30-minute massage despite paying for one hour. I believe preparation time should be considered part of the session, and some flexibility for traffic would improve the experience. Overall the experience was good but the deduction of the time made me hard to relax.

I had an amazing experience at the spa with the Deep Sleep Massage and Hydra Glow session. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Kaine for her professionalism and care—she ensured I was comfortable throughout and delivered a perfect massage. My skin felt refreshed and glowing after the Hydra Glow. It was a wonderful experience on my special day, my birthday. Honestly, Ms. Aida was incredibly polite and respectful. The massage and facial were amazing—though I forgot the name of the lady who did them—but the peace and relaxation were exceptional. The lounge area was so beautiful and relaxed . Thank you for all the amazing services; everything was truly lovely and outstanding.

the experience is 10/10 as usual but there is a small comment, while doing the massage i heard a noise coming from out of the door its sounded like hairdryer or vacuum it was disturbing i was trying to relax but i was hearing this noise and didnt relax until they stopped, overall everything was perfect its not my first and neither my last time, and i appreciate the little details

Amazing place! The decor and ambiance soo elegant , loved the changing rooms loved that it has top notch every detail, loved that there is a charger in the locker, loved that there is a hair dryer straightener, lovved the massage bed so much not your usual standard, loved the massage itself soo relaxing and didn’t want it to end , loved the lounge chairs and area so comfy, staff were friendly and kind loved the whole experience such elegant high standard amazing place .. looking forward to seeing you in many more locations across 🤍

I had the most perfect spa experience. I did the Moroccan hammam with Atiqah, a hydra facial with Reem, and a massage with Asma, and every single treatment was exceptional. The Moroccan hammam was deeply relaxing and left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed. The hydra facial was thorough and left my face glowing, and the massage was exactly what I needed—so calming and professional. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly skilled. Everything from start to finish was flawless. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spa.

If I could give shade spa more than five stars I would. You feel relaxed upon taking your first step into the spa as the beautiful colors, nice smells and relaxing music hit you. Christina , the hair specialist is amazing and she solved a problem in my scalp that I’ve been suffering from for twenty years. I’m so grateful I found this place.

I visited the salon and had a mixed experience. The Moroccan bath was very nice, relaxing, and well done—I really enjoyed it. However, I didn’t like the hair treatment. My hair wasn’t washed properly, and the smell of the product is still there. Also, there was oil left around my face that wasn’t cleaned well. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was the staff repeating that my hair is falling out. Saying it once is okay, but not many times. Overall, I loved the Moroccan bath, but the hair treatment and communication need improvement.

A truly rejuvenating experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Rachida provided an excellent Moroccan bath and Asma's massage was fantastic. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa, especially if you request Rachida and Asma!
