I was actually very happy with my stylist. Everyone was warm and friendly and they have great facilities. Everyone was also very very accommodating. But the color burned my skin in front so I think the timing was too long. And the pricing should have been discussed before any actions taken because I was told that the trim was R150 and cut was R200 - my receipt shows R300.

Leah just did my hair and I’m absolutely in love! She’s not just talented, she’s genuinely kind and took her time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Her hands are magic, my hair feels healthy, soft, and it looks even better than I imagined. The whole experience at JEMS was so warm and relaxing, but Leah really made it special. My wash was extremely relaxing, loved the way Chrizelle blow dried and flat ironed my hair. Many hair stylists struggle to get my curly roots but she was 100%. She engaged in conversation and it was super comfortable, I feel so much more confident after doing my hair and coming this satisfied from a hair salon isn’t always the case for myself. I hope and pray for a safe and healthy delivery for her and her baby girl. She will definitely be seeing me when she is back. Thanks to Chrizelle and the team for making my experience nothing short of pleasurable.

My experience with Leah the stylist was very pleasant friendly and professional. I loved the way she cut my hair and tur advise I received from her while she was doing my hair. She is very engaging and knowledgeable and highly passionate about her career. I also had a good experience with Tasneem so definitely I would visit again.
