Absolutely loved my experience at MYSTT! The relaxing, earthy atmosphere immediately makes you feel pampered, and the welcoming massage plus aromatherapy is such a luxurious touch. Sophia and her team are incredible — she really knows how to work with all hair types, including curly hair, which is so hard to find! I had my roots, balayage, and haircut done, and she listened carefully to my needs while giving expert advice.

Today was my color, day after doing hair Botox a week ago which was Grace’s advice to wait is for better results ! Grace is an exceptional stylist! I had a really good experience with my haircut — it turned out exactly the way I initially wanted. What I appreciated the most was that they were very open to any corrections or adjustments after the first visit. After some time, I felt my hair was looking a little thin and flat, whereas I wanted a more voluminous look. I reached out to them, and within 15 minutes they understood exactly what I was trying to explain and fixed it perfectly. I must say they handled it very professionally and did their job really well.
