I went for my first massage 4 weeks ago and I’ve had 3 so far.. Abbie is amazing she really does make you feel comfortable and relaxed and I’ll definitely be having these treatments weekly 🙃 You’re the best Abbie x

Abbie was so lovely and friendly and we had a great chat during the massage. She catered to what I asked for and you could tell she knew her stuff. I’ve really suffered with upper back/neck pain recently and I can already tell a difference since having the massage. I’ll definitely be rebooking back in every couple of months, it’s really worth it!

Great experience, Abbie explained everything so well and massage really helped with tension. Definitely recommend!

This is my second session with Abbie and I’m really pleased. Abbie really listens to you and ensures she thoroughly understands your problems. She really knows her stuff and has given me more useful advice and rehab exercises (with reasoning behind her selection of them) to do at home, than any physio ever has in multiple sessions. Abbie has always checked the pressure of her massage on my shoulder is tolerable for me and has mobilised my shoulder safely to ‘free it up’ a bit for me. I feel in very safe and competent hands. Amazing good conversation and amazing massage

Abbie was excellent. She listened to my ‘story’ and gave me great advice and treatment and followed up in a timely manner with a relevant programme. I’d absolutely recommend using Abbie.

Abbie is a fantastic professional! I’ve had a couple of sports massages & cupping on a hamstring strain. This time I went for an injury rehabilitation assessment suffering with a painful shoulder. After a short assessment she identified the problem, recommended a strengthening programme & did a great massage on the area with an instant freeness! Would highly recommend, thanks Abbie!
