I’ve been a runner for a couple of years now, and recovery has become just as important as the training itself. Body Roll Newcastle has been a game changer for me — it’s made a huge difference in how I recover after long runs or tough sessions. I always walk out feeling amazing: lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. Triin, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. She’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend to anyone looking to take better care of their body — especially fellow runners!

First tried this almost a year ago from the recommendation from a friend. I was in a lot of pain and was struggling. I took a chance and tried body roll out. Triin the owner was knowledge and really helpful. I felt better after the first session but the cumulative effect is more noticeable over time. I can tell when I have skipped a week. Has helped me no end. Give it a try!

Absolutely fabulous Bodyroll today - up to maximum speed now - and really know how to manipulate the roller to my preferred pressure. My body is so much more flexible and toned too!! Thanks to the lovely Triin too who has created a calming and positive space which I love!

Have been going to Bodyroll weekly for a few months now and cannot believe how much my mobility has improved! I have Fibromyalgia and was feeling like an old woman but bodyroll has literally changed my life. I was also suffering with my right hip and couldn't walk up/down the stairs properly, it was so bad I was referred for an xray which revealed nothing but I'm.now fully mobile and the only thing I've done is Bodyroll.....I'm.feeling lighter and very much more flexible! Love how this makes me feel...thank you Triin!!

Excellent Great north run recovery

I usually attend once a week but due to work commitments and life just getting in the way, I’ve missed a couple. And boy I could definitely feel it!! I train regularly and Bodyroll definitely helps 100% on the recovery side. The DOMS this week from a heavy legs session and usually I don’t get! This is because of my Bodyroll sessions. Best 45 minutes rest and relaxation!

I have been coming to Bodyroll once a week for 7 weeks now. The sessions are great not only for recovery for sport and gym work but also relaxing. The machines are easy to navigate and you are told which area you are going to work. After every session I feel so calm and relaxed.

Another great session at Bodyroll…thoroughly recommend for post run/gym full body recovery……

A Very good environment and very clean..a great recovery experience for anyone who runs regularly or exercises in general.
