The ladies at Revive are so welcoming and lovely. They give you a rob, gloves and shoes for the cryotherapy and I absolutely love it - it gives me the boost I need after a workout or just to get the blood pumping around the body better (I suffer from cold fingers and toes!). The water massage bed is fabulous too, a great warming recovery after the cryotherapy with added relaxing music and aromatherapy. The relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was the icing on the cake - I feel fabulous! Thank you.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

Another fab time at Revive. The team ensure you are well looked after. I booked 3 treatments and asked if the order could be swapped. They will be as flexible as possible if they can accommodate. Love coming here just to chill and have some me time. The relaxation room is lovely for in between or before/after treatments.

It's always a pleasure and pleasant experience going to Revive. The ladies are all very welcoming and lovely which is a great way to be greeted at the door! The facial I had today, along with the massage bed afterwards was a perfect combination for relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Of course I am a repeat customer and will be coming back for more, and I highly recommend anyone to come to Revive, it has a lot of varied things to offer all types of customers, thank you, as always!

I absolutely love the massage bed, especially as it is powered with water and you can decide the pressure and parts of the body to target. I'd say the floatation tank is less for me, and there should be a greater variety of flotation head rests to rest your head one as the one supplied isn't very robust and it made my neck hurt a little bit, even though I was using it as intended. Ones that are thicker could be better for some people, gets their hair out of the water and raises their necks causing less pain. Overall a great experience though, very relaxing and I love Revive in Southsea!
