Great first appointment with Mark, I felt at ease and listened to. All options were explored to what could be causing my issue, great treatment given and follow up plan with easy to manage exercises. The whole practice makes you feel at ease to the lovely receptionist Lucy to the calming atmosphere of the treatment room. Would highly recommend.

I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

I’ve been suffering with my lower back for some time, Vicky listened and interpreted this into treatment. Not too much to have a major flare up and enough to aid my recovery. Great session. I've had around 2 months of physio with Mark now and I haven't had a bad episode with my back in this time. I'm managing to do more and suffer less (housework, DIY, cardio). I can feel the exercises strengthening my back, it's the best it's felt in years. Thank you!

Excellent consultation with Lyndsey for my aching lower back. She gave me a full assessment, some gentle manipulation and advice on exercises to aid my recovery. It’s a very welcoming and well equipped centre. All the Covid precautions were taken and I felt very safe. Highly recommended.
