This is the second time in coming to Cure HQ Recovery. This time using the compression boots as well as infra red sauna and ice bath. It’s amazing. Left feeling rejuvenated! Again!

First time and definitely not the last time. There was only one staff member i met but if the rest of the staff are like her then its an awesome place to visit and get your recovery done.

ASHLEY was just amazing ! Very understanding of myself attending late . Very helpful , also very thoughtful & aware of recovery . She also made sure the floor was always dry so no-one would slip over walking out of ice baths to the change rooms .

I’ve been using the air pod for a little over a month. I suffer from back pain and leg damage from clots. I ’m noticing small things, I'm sleeping better. I can stand and walk for a little longer than what I have been. And I’ve been able to drop medication. A lot of small big pluses. Thanks to the helpful team at Cure HQ, I can finally see good signs in my recovery.
