I’ve worked out and eaten healthy for years, but still had stubborn lower stomach fat that wouldn’t budge. I did the Cryo Sculpting treatment and was honestly impressed with how easy and comfortable it was. No downtime, quick session, and within a few weeks my waist looked noticeably tighter. I just finished 3 sessions and super happy with the results. Everything has been professional, simple and straight forward. Definitely worth trying if diet and gym aren’t enough.
