She’s a lovely lady and so friendly, I love going to her salon, I feel much more relaxed going to Ursula (compared to High Street salons). She listened attentatively to my skin concerns and provided me with great advice on how to keep my skin healthy, acne and oil free. Ursula recommended Cavitation Peeling for my type of skin which I feel made a real difference to my overall skin appearance. Shampa was personable, professional and sensitive to my concerns, plus she made sure to check how I was feeling at regular intervals. The whole procedure was much more comfortable and less daunting than I had imagined. Although it is less than an hour since the treatment, I can already see her skill and how good the end result will be in a few days' time.

Always so welcoming and chatty.. explains every part of the treatment through with u.. the only person I trust with my face.
