Have also had my eyelashes lifted and my make up done with her and always been so impressed. Not only that, Rhiannon is also so lovely and always provides a 10/10 service!

From the moment I arrived, Maria created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere that I instantly felt at ease. I had my microneedling and dermaplaning treatment with Francesca today, and it was such a great experience! She was kind, friendly, and very professional throughout. Francesca took her time and followed every step carefully while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The clinic was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’m new in town, and I’m so glad I found the right place on my first visit. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend her.

Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

I am already on my 3rd acne peel session with Francesca and I love how she gets involved with your skincare routine and help you build one so it’s not just an effective treatment you pay for instead you get a whole skincare subscription with her. After a lot of research I picked her as my skin bestie and she’s best at what she does. Highly recommend her xx

I’m back for my third round of microneedling and couldn't be happier. Each session has built on the last, and the 'glow' I have now is permanent rather than just post-facial. Francesca really knows what shes doing, and she tailored the intensity of the treatment as my skin has gotten stronger. If you're on the fence, definitely commit to a series of sessions—it's worth it

Clair is very knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained to me and there was plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The treatment was very relaxing, only slightly stinging and Clair reassured me throughout. I am absolutely delighted with the results. They look like my brows but better. No nasty black slugs. Clair went through the after care, listening and answering questions. My six week follow up appointment is booked. Overall, a very positive experience which I would recommend.
