I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. Had a skin peel and dermaplane with Lauren, I’ve had Dermaplaning before but felt like Lauren was really thorough and got every bit of my skin. I haven’t had a peel before but Lauren explained the reasons why she thought my skin would benefit from one and talked me through the full process so I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. I felt a noticeable difference immediately after and now a week after treatment I can still see a massive difference.
