The treatment room was cosy and calm, with warm towels that immediately helped me relax. Gina is absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. I’ve never felt so comfortable being naked or touched, but somehow she makes you feel completely relaxed and easy to trust during laser hair removal. I highly recommend the Lumi Eyes treatment and the Glow Facial — both left my skin feeling amazing!

Would 100% recommend Robin if you want 5* service and quality! She's so friendly and has such a good knowledge of skincare! I've had two enzyme peels and a lactic acid peel with her and in the few sessions I've had there's been such a difference in my skin! She's gentle, takes real care and pays attention to detail during the facials. Her advice for my skincare routine at home has also done wonders!

Kasia was lovely, she explained everything to me and said why she thought the treatment was not for me. She didn’t try and sell her services but recommended somewhere else. For that reason I booked in a facial and Kasia looked over my skin and recommended the best one.

Robyn has been fantastic, I’ve had micro-needling and a facial peel. Robyn talked through my skin concerns and tailored this to the treatment. Robyn was very understanding and non judgmental about some unhelpful skin habits I have! Would definitely recommend Robyn not just for the facial but the general advice/knowledge she has about skin care.

Ashton is amazing. She completely listens to what you want whilst also guiding you towards the best options to enhance your natural features. She makes you feel calm and is always checking in during treatment to make sure you are feeling okay, the cabin and atmosphere are so relaxed with Ashton. After much research I came across Katie and instantly loved her work. I was looking for very natural microblading and she did that perfectly. From the colour choice and light feathery strokes, she’s a true artist! I was also a little anxious as it was my first time having this kind of treatment, she explained everything and answered any question I had and the whole experience turned out to be quite a relaxing which I wasn’t expecting with microblading! If you’re looking for natural but elevated brows, Katie is the one, she really knows her stuff!

I love visiting Katie - every treatment I have had with her has been excellent with great results. I am quite picky about the look I want to achieve but Katie always listens and has the skill and knowledge to tackle any difficult requests. Her salon space is always calm and relaxing and spotlessly clean, and appointments always run on time. I have recommended her to many friends and family and will continue to do so.

My most recent treatment has been my combination brows and I am more than obsessed, Katie is such a lovely soul, she is so knowledgeable and explains everything in detail.
