Absolutely wonderful massage experience at the IOMI from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and beautifully relaxing. The deep dive massage was exceptional The therapist was professional, attentive and clearly very experienced, taking the time to focus on areas of tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards. The peaceful experience was finished big with tea and snacks, which prepared me for my return to reality and the test of my city adventure. Sammy has so much knowledge in her field and her consults are incredibly informative and educational. She has a personable approach and will help guide you on your skin needs rather than using a quick fix solution. Sammy is my go-to gal for anything skin related whether it be chemical peels or injectables. She is ahead of her time in Melbourne, using fabulous Korean skincare techniques and products. The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. I had such a great experience at Ana Fook Brazilian Beauty in Melbourne. Tania looked after me and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly very experienced at what she does. The whole process was smooth and much less painful than I expected, which is always a win! The lymphatic drainage massage with Georgie was phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough! It was the perfect treatment to prepare for a wedding the next day. After a long haul flight, my body felt sluggish and bloated but the massage and red light sauna was a great way to detox and remove excess fluid from my body. I cannot wait to come back next time I am in Melbourne!

The Facial was great, I left with the redness gone and much clearler skin, Ayla was very informative and friendly I enjoyed her company. The only issue I had was the next guy showed up half why through my appointment and sat in the treatment room with us after saying he was making a point because he would usually show up late. I felt uncomftable as he sat right next to all my belongings and didn't leave the room (or was not asked to come back for his appointment). I wouldnt come back unless there would be a seperate waiting room to treatment room so I would not be watched by a stranger.
