Cactus Hair was as comfortable, friendly and professional as I'd hoped it would be, and my delightful stylist Natasha knew exactly what I was describing and what I needed in a hair colour and cut. I chose this salon from many in the Morayfield area due to its cheerful, welcoming web presence, and was not at all disappointed. I shall definitely return on my regular visits to Queensland.

Charlotte was friendly and polite, and asked about the event I was getting ready for. We established that a good wash and some conditioner were a great place to start. She also recommended applying a treatment, since she was going to use her hair straightener to create a mass of curls for my special occasion. She was incredibly meticulous in her approach to dividing my hair and creating just the look I was after. Thanks for being so attentive and giving me a great look.

She takes the time to truly understand what you’re hoping for, asking thoughtful questions and making sure you feel heard before she even begins. Her attention to detail shows in every step, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right. What I appreciate most is how comfortable she makes you feel.
