Always a lovely experience visiting the team at Biba Eastland. My usual hairdresser Marie was away, and I booked with Fay instead. She gave me a warm welcome, fantastic head massage and my haircut was on point. I left feeling relaxed, fresh and confident. Thanks Fay :)

As always it is a delight to see Miranda. Her new location is welcoming and enticing and very professional. She is so kind and gentle that it is a delight to be in her very capable hands. I must say this everytime, but a haircut with Miranda feels like a thousand butterflies gently landing on your hair, soothing all your troubles away.
