Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise.
