Shabana is an excellent therapist! She listened, then tried various massafe and stretching techniques, asking for feedback and very attentive with her hands and ears. She could feel the exact spots that had the issues and zone into them. She is able to work with very delicate muscle areas and making up her own technique as she goes along. Problem areas: lower back, glutes, hip flexor issues. Causes: prolonged sitting, disc bulge, pinched nerves.
