Rachel took time to understand my skin and concerns, explaining everything with care and professionalism. The facial was soothing, thorough, and left me glowing and refreshed. I had my very first facial today and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed and really well looked after. The whole treatment was fab! The products smelt incredible and felt so smooth on my skin. The atmosphere was wonderfully calm and relaxing, and Hollie herself is just the loveliest person. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again! Highly recommend.
