She was attentive, knowledgeable, and really took the time to choose a treatment and products that suited my sensitive skin. The studio itself is beautifully tranquil — lovely lighting, calming aromas, and peaceful music that put me at ease straight away. I was so impressed that I booked my next appointment on the spot.
