Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to tailor everything to my skin type. I especially loved how she documents your skin’s progress and follows up with personalised skincare recommendations afterwards — it really shows how much she cares about achieving the best results for you. A genuinely lovely experience and I would highly recommend her.
