First time getting a Hifu facial. Great experience my main concern was fine lines and looking for a treatment to help tighten my ski but didnt want to go down the botox route. I took advantage of a free 20 minute consultation with Michelle. She was very knowledegable took time chatting to me about my options and I felt confident on my decision. Michelle talked me through each step of my treatment. I was made to feel very relaxed and welcomed during my visit by both Michelle and Annemarie. This an amazing place. The staff are amazing from start to finish. At first I had booked in for a treatment that wasn't going to give me what I wanted. After discussion I came away to have a think about the advice I was given, with no issue. My treatment is exactly what I wanted. Coached through every bit of my anxiety. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amelia is a superb at what she does and makes sure your treatment is tailored to your skins needs and advises on best skincare to maintain maximum results..although there is no pressure to buy anything…been going to her for the last 10 years…yikes!

Dr Heather Muir is a leading expert in the field of medical aesthetics, her professionalism and expertise is outstanding. She is also conscientious and unequivocal in her approach to dealing with her patients. My experience is that all treatments are tailored towards the individual and she takes her time to listen to you before devising a plan of action. Dr Heather is absolute genius and I would not let anyone else touch my face.
