Balyage today, Stephen explained every step and gave my hair added depth with shimmering copper tones through brunette hair. My silver splinters of grey were covered with a ten minute treatment, perfect for me as I like to get a root touch up every 3 weeks. He finished with two conditioning treatment leaving my hair feeling soft and shiny. Always a pleasure having an appointment with Stephen. As always I highly recommend 🥰

Went on the off chance to find a salon that could fit me in for a wash cut and blowdry with a treatment caylee was very helpful and fitted me in between her clients I was very impressed at her willing to help from when I walked in to when I left I felt as if she would do anything to help me my hair feels wonderful now after having 2 inches taken off and she asked about my hair history so to say the least I have now booked in for my next appointment thank you so so much caylee see you soon Mrs ferriday

Outstanding!! I was so nervous, having waited a whole year to try find a new salon to have my hair done. From the second I stepped into the salon, I was treated like I'd been going there for years. Such a friendly and family like atmosphere, calm and relaxed. My hair looks amazing and I'm already booked in again. I love my visits to see Ella & Millie at The Hair Retreat. They are both so welcoming & friendly and listen to what you have in mind. They give the best advice and options/alternatives in a professional & polite manner. I have always had short hair but with their guidance & encouragement, my hair is the longest it’s ever been and is at its healthiest. I’ve never left their salon unhappy with any aspect of my hair and the colour is perfect every time. They also make the best Merry Munch & drinks x

I had and always have fantastic service from the girls on this salon one day I needed my hair done no there salon got back to me but they did since then Iv gone back for more beauty treatments as they provide an outstanding service there so friendly chatty don’t complain when you bring your kids in they make the children feel welcomed o would highly recommend girls if you would like w quantity over quality Charlotte jas abs Hayley always make the customers welcome even if there not there specifically customer

100% would recommend Beauty Bae. Both Charlotte and Jasmine are professional friendly and just beautiful ladies inside and out.
