Today was me totally stepping out of the box. I was a little apprehensive at first because I am not a usual make up wearer. I kept telling her " please don't make me look like a duppy" hahahahah. My pet peeve for make up is seeing women with layers of heavily caked make up on. I must say she did an excellent job, she reassured me of her quality, walked me through each thing she applied and answered any questions I had. I invited her to share the Joke of my reality of the weight of the eye lashes and that was a good moment. Thank you Tracey for making this new experience a wonderful one

Let me tell yalll ....the customer service experience was exceptional. Now the hair I originally wanted was sold out. I was in a slight panic but found another source with something similar. When I called Kimmy to make sure I was obtaining the right hair, her helpfulness was a breath of fresh air. No frustration in her voice (mind you I call she a million times lol) it was pure customer service bliss. Her work is exceptional .
