I had another great experience. I got Debbie again and she did an awesome job on my braids. She was also helped by Bookie who did a great job. This is my fourth time coming to Ouchless salon and I love the way they do box braids. The braids last long and did not hurt. Highly recommend the Fayetteville location.

I don't think I should have been charged $75 for this. It did not take her three hours to take it down, only 1 3/4 hours. Which was gteat! And I did not have 20-22" braids. I had small knotless, midback And my hair is shorter than shoulder length.

Debbie did excellent work on my daughter and she was really fast. Andrea and Ann did my knotless braids and they were neat and fast as well. They made the beginning of an unfortunate experience so much better as a previous beautician(Buki) started to do my hair and she did about seven braids and it looked really messy and she was yelling and arguing with other employees and talking about my hair. I was very uncomfortable and nervous and told her she didn’t have to do it. She took out braids and stormed out of shop but thankfully Andrea and Ann saved the day N apologized for her behavior

Love getting my braids done at Nia Soule as the quality and customer experience is always high. Every style lasts for at least a month, etc. I’ve been braided all summer and now fall so I’ve experimented with new styles. The crochet individual butterfly locs and crochet locs are my favorite. We had an issue this last go round with hair quality yet they resolved it swiftly and without issue. I love it here and their staff.

The staff were extremely kind, patient and helpful! My stylist was Kyla and I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Maria. They went out of their way to make my entire experience pleasant. I really appreciated the fact that she did NOT braid my hair too tightly. I highly recommend!!!

My service was AMAZING as usual but I must say the quality of hair ia declining. After my most recent visit, i noticed the ends of my braids fuzzing after a week. Small balls formed on the enda of my hair. It wasnt as noticeable because my ends were crinkled. After todays visit, i wanted it straight but after it was dipped; i saw thefuzzy balls again. Andrea cut them out but after sat under the dryer they formed again. Because i didnt want to leave with my hair looking this way, i asked her to crinkle it again. Its not what i wanted, but i had no choice at that point.Discontinue this hair asap
