So blown away by the great service I received here!! All the girls took such interest in helping me with everything from my hair extensions and best method of reinstalling them, to my nails and pedicure with the best foot massage I've ever had. Wish I could find a great salon like this everywhere I travel to!

I visited the salon today for a pedicure and was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable and at ease as a tourist. I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Rua Beauty is absolutely amazing! Laa'iqah always does a flawless job with my gel nails, and my fingers and toes look perfect every time. The foot scrub was incredible—so relaxing, and left my feet unbelievably soft. She gives the best advice and uses top-quality products, always going the extra mile to accommodate individual nail needs. On top of that, she makes me feel so at home every visit. Highly recommend Rua for anyone looking for expert care with a personal touch!

I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn
