I am from out of town and really needed a Keratin treatment done today. Luckily i was scheduled with Ketty Chaves today. I can honestly say profession at its finest. AMANDA! She blew out my hair straight perfectly AND she is just so incredibly nice! I also want to say that I had a bit of problem my first time. I was sitting waiting to get my hair done and the Owner approached me, and she was outstanding, professional, and kind. The fact that she took the time to come and see me when I was there really made me feel special and the hairstylist that was not particularly attentive the last time I was there came and apologized personally. this is a very well managed and kind Salon. I will continue to be a loyal customer. You should too.
