⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience with Louise! She is warm, professional and incredibly talented. She took the time to listen and made me feel completely at ease. I am so happy with my Botox results—looks so natural. The salon is absolutely beautiful too with such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from Ginny. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend Louise and Ginny to anyone considering aesthetic treatments without a doubt!

Wayne is brilliant at what he does. I’ve been going to Wayne for a couple years now and I’m always so happy with my hair. He always takes the time to understand exactly what I want and gives honest feedback on what is achievable. Wayne is so welcoming and friendly and I really enjoy going to my appointments and he never forgets my coffee and biscoffs! I’m so glad I found Wayne, I would highly recommend!!

A great experience at Incognito. Ginny and Louise were really friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The whole place is stylish and sophisticated with such a calm, relaxing environment which made me feel comfortable straight away. Both ladies were professional, took the time to chat through everything, and never made me feel super comfortable. Overall, the customer service was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience.

Watching my mum walk out of Soph’s salon is honestly one of my favourite things. She’d been with the same hairdresser for years and years, so persuading her to try someone new was a big deal. After just one appointment with Soph, she never went back. Wayne is a hair wizard! I've been having my hair done with him for over 5 years now and he never disappoints. He's phenomenal with colour and does a great cut. He's professional and friendly and I've recommended him to many of my close friends and family. Best hairdresser in the land!
