Alanna was great as usual, my hair is not the easiest (stubbornly straight and fine) but she knows how to get the best from it. My Granddaughter (now 10) asks for a hair cut with Alanna as her holiday treat because the experience makes her feel ‘grown up’. Highly recommend Alanna.
